CNC Routing

At Dancam Design we offer a 3-axis CNC Router service,  thanks to the precision of our CNC machines we are able to complete each project big or small to identical and precise standards.   We are capable of milling most solid and composite woods, plastics, foams and numerous other soft materials.

Application

  • The CNC router cuts designs that were created on a computer from suitable materials to make one or hundreds of identical parts.
  • Architectural Mill-work, signs, cabinetry, doors, boxes, cases, furniture, parts, decorations, toys, plugs/molds, screens and decorative panels are just a few examples of what we can do.

Materials

  • Most solid composite woods, foams and numerous other soft materials.

Properties

  • This process is very versatile in that it can make cabinet components, musical instrument parts, signs, relief carvings, screens decorative panels and much more.
  • Just about anything that can be drawn on a computer can be cut out, with some limitations.
